Codey Bolton's Obituary
Codey Bolton, 26, entered into rest Saturday, November 12, 2022. He was artistic, loved history, and was always willing to lend a helping hand. He was preceded in death by his father, Wendell Bolton, Jr.; maternal grandparents, Mary and Robert Watson; and two uncles, Stanley and Wayne Watson.
He is survived by his mother, Crystal Bolton of Nashville; a brother, Wendell “Bubba” Bolton III of Nashville; paternal grandparents, Annette and Wendell Bolton of Waynesboro; aunts, Wendy Cossio (Brandon) of Statesboro, Shirley Flores, and Sharon Kelley; uncles, Timothy and Michael Watson; and many cousins.
His funeral service was held at 6:00 pm on Saturday, November 19 in the funeral home chapel at DeLoach-McKerley-Prescott Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 220 East 6th Street, Waynesboro, GA 30830 (706-554-3531) with Brad Edenfield officiating. The family received friends one hour prior to the service.
A graveside service will take place 11:00 am Saturday, July 8th in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery directly behind the funeral home. People who plan on attending are asked to meet at the graveside.
