Connie Evelyn Ryman Sanders' Obituary
Connie Evelyn Ryman Sanders (1961–2023)
She was born on November 26, 1961, to Fay Davis and Irving “Rip” Ryman, and passed away on October 17, 2023.
Connie was preceded in death by both parents, her stepfather, Roy Davis; and her brother, Randall Ryman. In addition to her loving husband of 36 years, Larry Ted Sanders, she is survived by their two daughters: Leslie (JP) Layne and Amanda (Kenneth) Russell, as well as her beloved grandchildren: Noah Layne, Lucy Russell, Cora Belle Russell, Lucas Layne, Lakelyn Layne, Logan Layne, and London Layne.
Connie lived her life fully and wonderfully, and her grandchildren were the center of her world—when she couldn’t reach her loved ones with her arms, she hugged them with her prayers. She will be deeply and greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. The world lacks luster without her light; after all, she made it a little softer, a little warmer, a little kinder, and a whole lot brighter.
The family cordially invites friends and relatives for a time of visitation on Wednesday, October 25th, 2023, at Spring Hill Funeral Home, from one o'clock in the afternoon until two thirty in the afternoon. Those in attendance will follow our staff in procession to the graveside service at Spring Hill Cemetery, which will begin at two forty five in the afternoon. 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN 37216.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Connie's name to Snooty Giggles Dog Rescue: https://www.snootygiggles.com/
Final arrangements for Mrs. Sanders are entrusted to Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, "Where Nashville Comes to Remember."
