Cynthia Lynn McCormack's Obituary
Cynthia Lynn McCormack, age 52, passed away on Thursday May 12, 2016.
Cindy was born to Lyman T. Gates and Mattie (Harvey) Gates on February 17, 1964 in Nashville.
Cindy is survived by her son Chris Helser, daughter Samantha Vickers, sister Andra Busby. In addition, she is survived by her grandchildren Mark Helser, Brianna Deloach, and Harmony Powell, and her nieces and nephews Shelby Gibson, Brandie Gates, and Joseph Collins.
Ms. McCormack is preceded in death by her parents and her sister Lisa Gates.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, May 22, 2016 from 2-4pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home.
