Darlene Doris Lewis Munson's Obituary
MUNSON, Darlene Doris Lewis of Madison, TN passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2009; she was 72. Mrs. Munson was preceded in death by her husband Rev. L. David Lewis, Sr., her son, Mike Lewis, her granddaughter, Heather Lewis and her grandson, L. David Lewis, III. She is survived by her daughter, Amy (Craig) Nuckles of Yuma, AZ; sons, L. David Lewis of Cambridge, IL, Nathan Lewis of Portland, MA and Dean Lewis of Madison, TN; sisters, Joyce (Billy) Labay, Frances (Rev. Alvin) Kight, Sherrie Crosson and Alicia Weaver; brothers, Donald (Dora) Weaver and Wayne (Candace) Weaver; nine grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Munson was employed with Dillard's at Rivergate. She was a member of The Turning Point United Pentecostal Church. Mrs. Munson has been forwarded to Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Cemetery, 4955 Pine Street, Beaumont, TX where the family will receive friends on Thursday, November 8, 2009 from 4 to 8 PM. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, November 9, 2009 at 11AM at The Apostolic Church of Beaumont with Rev. Alvin Kight, Rev Kurtis Burton and Rev. Gregary Gerald officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Beaumont, TX. Memorials should be made to The Turning Point Building Fund. SPRING HILL FUNERAL HOME & CEMETERY, NASHVILLE,TN
