Mr. Darrell Pendergraff's Obituary
Darrell Amples Pendergraff, age 62, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2016 at Alive Hospice in Nashville, TN. Darrell was born on January 22, 1954 in Nashville, TN to Howard and Archie Mae (Hicks) Pendergraff.
Mr. Pendergraff went to work at the age of seventeen and was a mechanic by profession. He was an avid hunter; specifically, he enjoyed hunting deer and was proud of the mounted deer heads that he had displayed in his home.
He is preceded in death by his father, Howard Pendergraff and his son, Donnie Joe Cottles.
Mr. Pendergraff is survived by his loving wife of twenty-seven years, Becky (Clemmons) Pendergraff; four sons, Brandon and wife, Janice Cottles, Ronald Cottles, Johnny Dale Cottles, Larry and wife, Stacey Fayo; three daughters, Shannon Byrd, Tiffany and husband, Maurice White, Amber and husband, Chris Brandenburg; his mother, Archie Mae Pendergraff; one brother, Russ and wife, Elaine Pendergraff; sisters, Lisa and husband, Mike Rainey, Donna Wofford, Rita Morrow, and Laquaita and husband, Jim Demoss; seventeen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren. He is also survived by a host of relatives and friends.
Celebration of life services will be held on Friday, December 16, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Carl Goolsby officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2016 from 3:00-7:00 PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home. Interment will follow the service in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be Kenny Koops, Patrick Clark, Cody Cottles, Chris Cottles, Josh Grossman, and Christopher Tucker.
