Mr. David Lynn Bruce's Obituary
David Lynn Bruce; age 67 of Greenbrier, originally from East Nashville, TN passed away June 14, 2016. He is preceded in death by His parents; William Robert Bruce Sr. and Lela Frances Shoemake Bruce, brother; William Robert Bruce Jr., sisters; Ruby Graham, Polly Hoover, Betty Odom, and Fay Roy.
He is survived by his loving Wife; Shirley Curtis Bruce, son; Kevin (Vonda) Bruce, daughters; Lori (Jim) Sellers, Traci (Tony) Sellers, sister; Peggy (Lawrence) West, sister-in-law; Frances Bruce, and grandchildren; Jordan Sellers, Reagan Henry, Tommy Henry, Cate Bruce, Stella Bruce, Violet Bruce.
Mr. Bruce was a family man who adored his grandchildren. He loved antique cars, the Rolling Stones, and photography. He was a very social man who stayed active in church, even running the sound board during services. David Bruce was a wonderful Husband, Father, and grandfather who will truly be missed.
A celebration of life service will be held at Spring Hill Funeral Home in Nashville, TN. Celebration will take place on Saturday June 18, 2016 at 11am. Visitation with the family will be Friday June 17, 2016 from 4pm- 8pm and Saturday 10-11am at Spring Hill Funeral Home.
