David G Lynch's Obituary
David Gary Lynch, Sr., 69, of Ashland City, Tennessee, sadly passed away on January 5, 2025. He was born on April 15, 1955, in Madison, Tennessee, to the late James Harold Lynch and Mary Louise Bryant Lynch.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 46 years, Gaila Lynch; and sister, Alicia Lynch.
He is survived by his son, David Lynch, Jr.; brothers, James Michael Lynch and Alan Wendall Lynch; and several nieces and nephews.
He was a good man. Family meant the most to him. He was a loving husband to Gaila and a great father to David Jr. He found joy in drag racing, especially at Music City Raceway. He even went as far as teaching David Jr, and they ended up racing together throughout the years. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
There will be visitation Monday, January 13, 2025, from 4 o'clock in the evening until seven o'clock in the evening. There will be more visitation Tuesday, January 14, 2025, from 10 o'clock in the morning until time of service. The funeral service will be held in the Spring Hill Chapel at 12 o'clock in the afternoon. Burial will follow immediatley after in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
