Mr. David L Vanattia Sr.'s Obituary
David L. Vanattia Sr., age 60, of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, December 2, 2018. He is preceded in death by his parents, Aubrey and Evelyn Vanattia; one brother, Darrell Vanattia; one sister, Wanda Vanattia. He is survived by his life partner, Darlene Murphy; one son, David L. Vanattia Jr. (Sarah); two brothers, Gary Vanattia, Buford Allen Harper (Sarah); grandchildren, Kenneth Wayne Vanattia, Leland Vanattia, Landen Bishop. David was raised in the Pentecostal church where his Grandfather was pastor. He was considered a very hard worker and always stayed busy. Aside from hard work, he was also known to be a joker and loved to play tricks on people and had an exceptional sense of humor. He enjoyed watching Star Trek, Harry Potter and had a special interest in Aliens. David was easily described as a good father and grandfather. He was always kind to those around him and never met a stranger. He will be missed by all those who knew him and loved him. David wished to be cremated with no formal services.
