Deborah Dawn Bybee-Mangrum, age 57, of Dickson, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 12, 2026.
Born on September 4, 1968, in Nashville, Tennessee, Debbie was the beloved daughter of the late Lloyd and Mossie Bybee.
Debbie is survived by her loving husband of seven years, James Mangrum; her mother-in-law, Marsha Mischler; her devoted sister, Linda Clouse and her husband, Bob; her brother, Robert Bybee and his wife, Rhonda; her nephews, Jay Clouse and his four children, and Adam Clouse, his wife Crystal, and their four children; along with many cherished friends and extended family members.
Debbie was a kind-hearted and compassionate woman who dedicated her life to caring for others. She proudly served the State of Tennessee for more than 18 years, earning the respect and admiration of those who worked alongside her. A talented artist, Debbie found joy in creating beautiful works of art and expressing herself through her creativity.
Music was one of Debbie's greatest passions. She loved to sing and was blessed with a beautiful voice that brought joy to those around her. Spending time with family and friends was especially important to her, and she treasured every moment shared with those she loved.
A devoted Christian, Debbie lived her faith daily through her kindness, generosity, and caring spirit. Her warm heart, gentle nature, and unwavering love for others will be remembered by all who knew her.
Debbie was deeply loved by her family and friends and will be missed beyond measure, but her legacy of love, faith, and compassion will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.
