DeFriese Hite's Obituary
Hite, DeFriese (Teece), age 88, passed away April 23, 2011. Preceded in death by her mother Pearl Hite and brothers David and Leonard Hite. She is survived by nephews L.A. (Butch) Hite, Jr., David Hite, Michael Hite, Bobby Hite and Walter Hite; nieces Pam Hite Fithian and Teresa Hite Powers; 13 great nieces and nephews and 3 great-great nieces and nephews. Teece always had a loving, gentle spirit and was devoted to her family. She worked for over 40 years at Washington Manufacturing Company and was a longtime member of Tulip Street Methodist Church. Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 27, 2011, 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday 1:00-3:00 p.m. at Spring Hill Funeral Home. The family wishes to express their gratitude for the loving care that Belvedere Commons of Franklin gave to their Aunt Teece.
