My family has known Don since the 1950s when he served on the Pardon and Parole Board. I worked with him at the PSC until he retired in 1989. He was a giant of a man with a big heart for his fellow man. I am sure he is in heaven today talking with Randle Phillips and Frank Clement about the good old days. He will be deeply missed. Thanks Don for providing a great example to live by.
