Donald Wayne Light's Obituary
LIGHT, Donald Wayne; Age 58 of Murfreesboro, TN passed away December 30, 2011. He was born in Nashville on July 24, 1953 to the late, James Green Light and Doris Weems Light. He is survived by his wife, Oksana Light; son, Alexander Light; twin brother, Ronald Weems Light (Corinne); niece, Erin Felker; nephew, Brian Light; special friend, Pat Reed; parents in law, Elena Klevtsova and Nickolai Klevtsov. Don was a veteran of the United States Air Force a pro-golfer, entrepreneur and owner of multiple businesses including Ivy Courtyard Restaurant at 3322 West End Ave. in Nashville, a meal for friends and family will be served following the commital from 1:30-3:30, parking off Murphy Road. The Funeral Liturgy will be on Monday, January 2, 2012 at 10AM at St John Chrysostom Greek Orthodox Church, 4602 Indiana Avenue, Nashville, TN , Father Parthenios Turner officiating, with interment to follow in Williamson Memorial Gardens in Franklin TN. Visitation will be from 4-7PM on Sunday, January 1, 2012 at Spring Hill Funeral Home in Nashville, TN. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alexander Light Educational Fund by visiting any SunTrust Location and making a deposit to the Okseniya Klevtsova Light account.
