Mr. Donnie Richardson's Obituary
Donnie Wayne Richardson, age 57, passed away on Friday, October 28, 2016 at The Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Donnie was born on November 12, 1959 in Nashville, TN to Thomas Richardson, Jr. and Mary (Summers) Richardson.
Donnie had a great love for music. His favorite genre of music was anything that of the “old style”. He enjoyed listening to Merle Haggard, Glenn Campbell to name a couple; however, his favorite artist was Sam Cooke. As long as Donnie had his music playing, he was content and happy.
In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Edward Richardson.
Mr. Richardson is survived by sisters, Norma Jean Richardson, Sharon Faye Knight, Brenda Gail Cameron, Beverly Ann Sziklai, and Marilyn Richardson; brothers, James “Jimmy” Myrle Richardson and Thomas Brady Richardson, III. He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
A celebration of life visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 from 12PM – 4PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home. A private interment will be scheduled at a later date.
The family would like to express their thanks to the staff and residents at Fresh Start as well as all of the caregivers that worked and loved Donnie.
