Mrs. Doris Grubbs Hall's Obituary
Doris Marie Grubbs Hall, age 90 of Nashville, TN passed away January 23, 2014. She was born in Nashville, TN on February 27, 1923 to Hubert and Mary Langley Grubbs.
Doris worked as a teacher for the Memphis City School System and was a member of South End United Methodist Church. She loved animals, reading, especially the newspaper and even became a fan of tennis and basketball in her later years. She will be remembered for being humanitarian at heart, giving to many charities throughout her life.
She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Mary Schramm. She is survived by her son, Raymond Bibb.
A service to celebrate Doris’ life will be conducted in the Spring and times will be announced in the future. Interment will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
