Mrs. Doris Marks Pulley's Obituary
Doris Marks Pulley, age 93, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Monday, November 18, 2018. Doris was born on October 18, 1925 in Albany, Alabama to the late Eldon Perry Marks and Christine Tucker.
Doris was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a member of Dalewood Methodist Church in Nashville. She loved antiques, flowers, camping and birdwatching.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Edward B. Pulley and son Edward Mark Pulley.
She is survived by her son James A. (Nancy E.) Pulley; grandchildren Angela, Matt and James; great-granddaughter Cora; and numerous friends.
Visitation will take place Wednesday from 10 AM until 12 PM noon at Spring Hill Funeral Home. Funeral services will take place Wednesday at 12 PM noon. Burial will take place on Friday, November 23, at 2:45 PM at the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Encompass Hospice or Dalewood United Methodist Church, in memory of Doris.
