Dorothy Hooven Barker, age 99, of Nashville passed away on April 7, 2015. Dorothy was born in Nashville on April 20, 1915 to the late George and Edna Hooven. She was a loving wife and mother.
Her son recalls that Dorothy was a very giving person who put her family first. She was friendly to others and maintained a very independent lifestyle right up to her last days.
In accordance with Dorothy’s wishes, no services are scheduled at this time, and entombment will be private.
