Ms. Dorothy Franks' Obituary
Dorothy Marie Franks, age 61, passed away on Monday, July 9, 2018 in Springfield, Tennessee. Dorothy was born on July 1, 1957 in Franklin, Tennessee to Horace and Allie (Hicks) Woodside.
Dorothy loved eating any type of chocolate, especially M & M’s and her favorite soft drink was Dr. Pepper. She had a love for her family and cherished greatly the life that she had been blessed with.
Dorothy is survived by her son, Michael Franks; daughters, Tonya King (Greg) and Sandra Franks; brothers, Eugene Woodside and Jerry Woodside; sisters, Carolyn Woodside and Patricia Green; three grandchildren, Teshanna King, Kira King and Braeden King. She is also survived by a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 from 4-8 PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home with an additional visitation held on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 12 noon until the time of service beginning at 2 pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
