Mrs. Dorothy Louise Reeves Binkley Pace's Obituary
Dorothy Louise Reeves Binkley Pace, born February 19, 1920, Cheatham County, Ashland City, passed away on December 10, 2019 in Gallatin, TN.
Dorothy is preceded in death by husbands, Herman D. Binkley and James F. Pace; parents, Jim and Betty Reeves; brothers and sisters, Ethel Newland, Noah Reeves, Melvin Reeves, Buford Reeves, Bertie Jenkins, Gracie Smith, Ruby Hunt, Volly Reeves; daughter Diane Curtis and step-daughter, Renee Brown. She is survived by daughter, Marcia Yerby (Gary Yerby); step-daughter, Nelda Davenport; grandchildren, Eddie Talbott, Chere Talbott, Mike Curtis, Gabie Davenport, Barrie Davenport, Jamie Conway, Ashley Kinder, Jamie Yerby; nine great grandchildren and numerous other beloved family members.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Hendersonville and Creekside Fellowship Church in Castalian Springs. Visitation for Dorothy will be held on Friday, December 13, 2019 from 4 PM until 8 PM and again on Saturday, December 14, 2019 from 1 PM until 2 PM at which time a Celebration of Life Service will be conducted from the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN, 37216. Burial will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery where she will be buried by husband Herman D. Binkley. Pall Bearers for the service will be, Eddie Talbott, Trey Talbott, Kyle Talbott, Mike Curtis, Brandon Hatch, John Newland.
Honorary Pall Bearer will be Cody R. Talbott IT3, currently deployed with the US Navy.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to Creekside Fellowship Church or St. Jude Hospital for Children.
