Dustin K. Maynard's Obituary
MAYNARD, Dustin K.; Age 28 of Mt. Juliet passed away suddenly March 13, 2012. Dustin was a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves and currently served his community as a Metro Police Officer at Davidson County’s Hermitage Precinct. He was a joyful person, devout Christian and a loving son, father and husband. He watches over us now as he always did. He was born in Nashville, TN on January 18, 1984 to Pamela Maynard Kelly and the late William O. Maynard Jr. In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife, Brittany L. Cotten Maynard; son, Bryson K. Maynard; daughter, Presleigh E. Maynard; brother, Kris Maynard(daughters, Rachel and Stormie); 3 half sisters and 1 half brother; maternal grandmother, Pauline Payne; parents-in-law, William and Carmaleatta Cotten; sister-in-law, Marylynn Cotten(son, Dylan) and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral ceremony will be held to celebrate Dustin’s life on Saturday March 17, 2012 at 2PM in the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Buddy Jarrell officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday 4-8PM, Friday from 9AM-8PM and Saturday from 9AM-2PM at Spring Hill. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be members of the Hermitage Precinct C-Flex Team.
