Mr. Edgar Watkins "Ed" Cunningham's Obituary
Edgar Watkins “Ed” Cunningham, age 81 of Nashville, passed away May 3, 2013.
Mr. Cunningham was born April 24, 1932 in Nashville, TN to Edgar Watkins and Lola Elizabeth Cunningham.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edgar Watkins Cunningham and Lola Elizabeth Cunningham Blanton; and sister, Ann Seaton. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Jean Dozier Cunningham; daughter, Cindy Jean (Paul) Robbins; sons, Kenneth Allen (Karen) Cunningham, Sr. and Michael Edward (Crystal) Cunningham; grandchildren, Melissa Ann (Jonathan) Reagan, Kenneth Allen Cunningham, Jr., Jeanie Lynn Cunningham, Quentin Matthew Cunningham and Anthony Simonelli; sister, Mary McKinney and many nieces and a nephew.
A celebration of Mr. Cunningham’s life will be conducted at 10 A.M., Tuesday, May 7, 2013 from the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery with family serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 4 P.M. until 8 P.M. on Monday, May 7 at Spring Hill Funeral Home.
