Edgar "Ed" Weakley Anderson's Obituary
Anderson, Edgar “Ed” Weakley, age 66 formerly of Franklin, TN passed away February 15, 2012. Preceded in death by his parents Thomas P., Sr. and Adeline Weakley Anderson and uncle Buddy Anderson of Franklin. He is survived by his sons Aaron Anderson (Lori Cook) and Clayton (Keisha) Anderson, brother Thomas P. Anderson, Jr. (Helen), numerous cousins and close friends. Ed had served as Vice President of the Williamson County Bank and Third National Bank for many years. He was of the Presbyterian faith; served in the Army National Guard and was an active member of the Wilson County Chamber of Commerce. A Home Going Celebration will be Monday, February 20, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at the New Hope Presbyterian Church in Bethesda, TN with Rev. Jim Moran officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Franklin, TN. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be Sunday 2:00-6:00 p.m. at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Monday 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the New Hope Presbyterian Church, Bethesda, TN.
