Edna Pauline Bise's Obituary
Edna Pauline “Polly” Bise of Goodlettsville, TN passed away Thursday, February 14, 2013 after a hard-fought battle with cancer. Mrs. Bise was born May 23, 1941 in Goodlettsville, TN to Edgar Alfred and Effie Lou Loftis McBroom. She loved flowers and enjoyed doing yardwork. She was an extremely independent woman who loved old-time rock-n-roll, especially Elvis. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roscoe Bise; her parents; brothers, Edward Oliver, Owen Alfred and James Earl McBroom; and sisters, Annie Tillman, Thelma Pugh and Leanna Dee Sutton. She is survived by her sons, Don and Dewayne Bise; grandchildren, Tyler, Dustin and Shanna; brother, Cecil Kenneth McBroom, sisters, Shirley Barnett and Trish (Leroy) Clinard; many loving nieces and nephews. A celebration of Mrs. Bise’s life will be conducted at 12 P.M., Saturday, February 16, 2013 from the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 P.M. until 8 P.M. on Friday, February 15, 2013 and from 10 A.M. until 11:45 A.M. Saturday at Spring Hill Funeral Home.
