Mrs. Elaine Forrester's Obituary
Elaine Billingsley Forrester, age 56, passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2017 in Nashville, Tennessee. Elaine was born on March 13, 1961 in Nashville, Tennessee to Audrey (Woodard) Billingsley and the late William Eugene Billingsley.
Elaine enjoyed spending time at the beach. She had a great love for her dogs, rescuing several over the years, and enjoyed ballroom dancing. She cherished her family, especially time spent with grandchildren, and the gift of life she had been given to live. Elaine was a member of City Road Chapel United Methodist Church.
She is preceded in death by her father, William Eugene Billingsley.
Elaine is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Mark Forrester; daughters, Shelley Howell and husband, Zack, Emily Graham and husband, Jeff; mother, Audrey Billingsley; brother, Brian Billingsley and wife, Bridgette; sister, Teresa Billingsley; grandchildren, Cayden Hoke and Layne Howell; close family friend, Edison Travelstead. She is also survived by a host of relatives and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at 12 PM at the City Road Chapel United Methodist Church, 701 Gallatin Road S. Madison, Tennessee. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 from 4 PM until 8 PM at the City Road Chapel United Methodist Church with an additional visitation on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 from 11 AM until 12 PM at the church. Entombment will follow in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be: Zack Howell, Marshall Billingsley, Patrick Billingsley, Dane Travelstead, Colin Billingsley, and Mike Woods.
Serving as honorary pallbearers will be: Edison Travelstead and Jeff Graham.
