Mr. Ernest "Jack" Avin Sircy Jr.'s Obituary
Ernest “Jack” Avin Sircy Jr., age 97, of Hendersonville, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2019. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Mintye Sircy; his wife, Ellen Louise Sircy. He is survived by his daughter, Jan Lafferty (Jack); son, Gary Sircy; three grandchildren, Brandy Tidwell (Cory), Justin Lafferty (Jana), Stacey Wright (Chris); three great-grand
children, Zander Tidwell, Madison Lafferty, Landon Finley. Jack loved to garden, travel, build model railroads, woodworking and was very active with the church. Children loved him and he was considered a great story teller by all those who knew him. Visitation for Jack will be held on Monday, April 22, 2019 from 11 AM until 2 PM at which time a Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be conducted from the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN, 37216. Burial will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery. Arrangements by Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, a Nashville landmark since 1785 “Where Nashville Comes to Remember”
