Mrs. Ernestine B. Harrington's Obituary
Mary Ernestine Baxter Harrington, age 93, passed from this life on January 1, 2021 at her home, surrounded by loving family. She was preceded in death by her husband Joe and her eldest daughter Mary Jo Case. She is survived by her son, Michael Harrington (Sherrill) and daughter LeAnne Harrington; son-in-law John Case (Linda); five grandsons, Jay Case (Mary), Jeremy Case (Dana), Dan Case (Jessica), Curtis Harrington (Amy), Chris Harrington (Mandy) as well as eleven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a host of extended family and more friends than can ever be listed, whom she considered family. She was greatly loved and treasured by all who ever knew her.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 from 4 PM until 8 PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN, 37216. Social distancing measures will be in place. Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at 2:45 PM from the grounds of Historic Spring Hill Cemetery, conducted by Wilson Adams. Family and friends are requested to meet at the funeral home to go in procession to the gravesite by 2:30 PM. Pallbearers will be her five grandsons, nephews Alan Lindzy and Mark Stribling and special friend Mr. Earl Blair. Special Thanks to great niece Jennifer Lindzy and her daughter Molly Duffell for their selfless service in her last days on this earth.
