Mr. Eugene Churchwell's Obituary
Mr. Eugene Hall Churchwell, age 77, passed away on December 9, 2016, in the presences of his devoted and loving twin sisters, Diane Churchwell-Patterson and Deborah L. Churchwell.
He is survived by his remaining two sisters, Carolyn C. Dove and Jo Anne C. Mathis and numerous nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
Entombment will be held at 10am on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 in the Mausoleum at Spring Hill Cemetery in Madison, Tennessee.
