Ms. Evangeline M. Morris' Obituary
Evangeline M. Morris, age 73, of Old Hickory TN, passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2020. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jessie and Maxine Beasley; husband, Jerry Wayne Morris Sr; one brother, Albert Beasley. She is survived by her son, J.W. Morris (Cindy); one brother, Randall Beasley (Carol); two grandchildren; one great-grandchild. Evangeline loved meeting and visiting with customers at the vending shop, listing to music, watching TV, cats, audio books and reading her braille bible. Visitation for Evangeline will be held on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 from 4 PM until 8 PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN, 37216 and again on Thursday, January 30, 2020 from 1 PM until 2 PM at which time a Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be conducted from the funeral home chapel with Rev. J. B. Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery. Arrangements by Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, a Nashville Landmark since 1785 “Where Nashville Comes to Remember”
