Mrs. Evelyn Trotter Wilson's Obituary
Evelyn Trotter Wilson died peacefully in her sleep June 25, 2014. She was born April 28, 1924 to the late James Ira and Annabelle Drake Trotter. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 64 years J.B. Wilson, Sr. Evelyn was retired from the Davidson County Election Commission, was an avid golfer, a member of Old Hickory Country Club, and a bridge player. She is also preceded in death by brothers James Ira Trotter, Jr. and Tinsley Drake Trotter and sister Carolyn Jean Bouskill. She is survived by her son J.B. Wilson, Jr. (Michelle), and daughters Evelyn King and Sherrill Charlton (Chris); sister-in-law Becky Trotter, nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Friday, June 27, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Historic Spring Hill Cemetery. Dr. Terry Terry and Bill Caruthers of Lockeland Baptist Church will preside. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Lockeland Baptist Church. Services entrusted to Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Rd. Nashville, TN
