Mrs. Evie Sue Garrison's Obituary
Evie Sue Garrison, age 66 of Smyrna, passed away April 14, 2013. Mrs. Garrison was born June 20, 1946 in Nashville, TN to Evie Lee Jackson Wilkerson and James Yancey Wilkerson. She was a graduate of MTSU and retired from Nissan.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Robert and William Wilkerson; sister, Pauline Timms and one grandchild. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, she is survived by her husband of 45 years, Bobby Garrison; sons, Bobby Garrison, II and Joshua Garrison; daughters, Kathy Stenberg, Aletha Graves, Catrina Simpson, Hope Bottoms and Judy Wilson; brothers, Larry and James Wilkerson; sisters, Ruth Sharp, Mary Jones and Jean Wright; 19 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A celebration of Evie’s life will be conducted at 3:30 P.M., Tuesday, April 16, 2013 from the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 3 P.M. until 8 P.M. on Monday, April 15 at Spring Hill Funeral Home.
