Exantus Augustin's Obituary
Exantus Augustin 85, of Madison, passed from this life on December 20, 2023, at Tristar Skyline Medical Center.
Exantus Augustin, called also Cob Ticob, Ti Papa, Barak, Neg kap pati a, was born in Haiti on July 14, 1938. He was the son of Auguste Augustin and Maria Guerrier Estime.
Exantus was a hard working farmer in Haiti. He resided here in the United States for more than 20 years where He loved to make and harvest the back yard gardens at each of his children’s house during the summer time.
Exantus believed in God’s will for his life, his family and his assets. He was a beloved husband, father, grand father, great grand father, uncle, cousin, and friend. He will be always remembered.
Exantus is survived by his wife Attalante Jeune Augustin, his 7 children Jackson Augustin, Margalie Augustin Carpel, Guerda Augustin Altidort, Almeolie Augustin Kliye, Alix Augustin, Willy and Wilguens Augustin ; his sons and daugters in law, Carmouste F Carpel, Michel B Altidort, Thomas Y Kliye, Phebee Guillaume. Augustin, Gina Charles. Augustin, Helene Avril Augustin, Linda Marcelin Augustin; His grand children Rouskey Carpel, Mitchelda Altidort Badio, Kevin Kliye Augustin, Carla Augustin, Emmanuela Kliye Augustin. Samantha Altidort, Kensly Carpel, Vanessa Altidort, Pamela Augustin, Carla Teliphat, Camarkis Carpel, Daisha Augustin, Tomailie Kliye Augustin, Samuel Alitdort, Dalens Abrham Augustin, Weadsley Ryan Augustin, Alexa Justina Augustin, Glory Anaya Augustin and Widnaelle Rehanne Augustin, his grandson-in-law, Guillauma Badio; his great grand child Guillauvani Micah Badio. His nieces Patricia Dor Antoine and Linda Dor. His older cousin Ceradieu Filmar
The family cordially invites relatives and friends to visit on Saturday, January 6, 2024 from nine o'clock in the morning until the time of the funeral service at ten o'clock in the morning held at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Road in Nashville. Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery.
