Fannie W. Gaines' Obituary
Fannie W. Gaines, age 94, of Hendersonville, TN, formerly of Madison, TN, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 19, 2013. Fannie was a member of City Road Methodist Church for 60 years. Mrs. Gaines is preceded in death by her husband of 67 years Johnny Edgar Gaines, Son Johnny Edgar Gaines, Jr., brother James Henry Wakefield and her parents Lester & Zada Wakefield. Survivors include her loving daughter Teresa (William Lee) Grisard, grandchildren Lisa Grisard, William Grisard Jr.(Emily), Ashley Callender (Jerry), Graham Gaines, great-grandchildren William Lee Grisard III, Bryan Grisard, MacKenna & Macee Uram, Grant Callender, sister in-law Elizabeth Wakefield, daughter in-law Jama Gaines and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 from 3pm - 8pm and Wednesday, January 23, 2013 from 11am - 11:45am at Spring Hill Funeral Home, Nashville TN, where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 12 Noon with Pastor Roger Elliott officiating. Entombment will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery Expressions of sympathy may take the form of flowers or contributions to the American Cancer Society, in loving memory of Fannie W.
