Mrs. Frances Williams Brown's Obituary
Frances Williams Brown, age 86, passed away peacefully at home on October 4, 2016. Frances is survived by her husband of 68 years, Joe. E. Brown; daughter, Jennifer Brown; son Mike Brown (Christy); daughter, Linda Brown Hawley (Craig); grandchildren; Andrew Hawley (Miranda), Zach Hawley, Ryan Brown, and Austin Brown; and great-grandchildren, Wyatt Hawley and Ryland Hawley.
Frances was a 1947 graduate of Litton High School where she was a member of the basketball team. She worked for several years at National Life. A lifelong Methodist, she was a charter member of Shepherd Hills United Methodist Church and later a longtime member of Connell Memorial United Methodist Church.
Visitation will be Friday, October 7, from 2-8pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 8 at 10am with burial in the Spring Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Rita Hays will officiate. Active pallbearers: Andy Hawley, Zach Hawley, Ryan Brown, Austin Brown, Chris Williams, and Crocker Williams. Honorary pallbearers: The Builders Sunday School Class at Connell Memorial United Methodist Church.
