Ms. Frances W. Kelly's Obituary
Frances Wetherbee Kelly, age 93, passed away peacefully September 29, 2015. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend.
She is survived by her daughter Ellen (Mike); grandchildren Laura and Rob; and great grandchildren Landon and Jace.
A graveside service will be held Friday, October 2, 2015 at 1:00 pm. Services will be in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
