Frank James Jackson's Obituary
Frank James Jackson, Sr., 86, of MONTEREY (formerly of NASHVILLE)-Funeral Services for Mr. Jackson, Sr., will be held on Sunday, June 17, 2012 at 1 pm in the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery directly following the service . The family will receive friends from 10AM-8PM, on Saturday, June 16, 2012 and again on Sunday from 10am until the service time at the funeral home. Mr. Jackson died Thursday, June 14 at Standing Stone Care and Rehab in Monterey, TN. Mr. Jackson was born on August 16, 1925 in Kentucky. He was retired owner/operator of Jackson Auto Repair of Nashville and a Veteran of US Army. He was of the Baptist Faith and currently attended Verble Baptist Church of Monterey. He was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years Willie Mae Henry Jackson, a son Frank James Jackson Jr., and infant son Michael Leroy Jackson and his parents Benny and Suzy Beasley Jackson. He was survived by son and daughter-in-law Jimmy Dean and Debbie Bridges of Nashville, TN; son and daughter-in-law Willie Ray and Arlene Jackson of Hollywood, FL; son Charles Edward Jackson of Nashville, TN; a daughter and son-in-law Brenda Kay and Leonard Lowhorn of Monterey, TN; 12 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Shawn Jackson, Sam Lowhorn, Charlie Jackson Jr., Robert Reed, Mike Brewer, Austin Reed, Dillon Young and Bailey Jackson. Josh Harris, Pastor of Verble Baptist Church will officiate the services. Spring Hill is in charge of the services (615)865-1101.
