Frank Edwin Williams, age 85, passed away Friday, March 14, 2014 in Nashville, TN. He was born in Nashville, TN to the late Oscar Frank and Mary Justice Williams. He served in the National Guard for 9 years, and was a Chief Clerk for the U.S. Federal Court system for 25 years. He was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Williams. Frank is survived by his wife JoAnn, daughter Debbie Davis (Tom), and brother George Williams. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the ASPCA or the Nashville Humane Association; 213 Oceola Dr., Nashville, TN 37209.
