Frankie Patterson's Obituary
Frankie Patterson, age 91, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2022.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2022, from 12:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Road in Nashville. Mark Claypool and Johnny Felker will be officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Spring Hill Cemetery.
Frankie was born to John Bradley McClanahan and Grace Lee Winfrey McClanahan on September 22, 1931. She graduated from Isaac Litton High School in Nashville in 1950. She married James Walter Patterson on November 22, 1953. Frankie worked as a legal secretary for several attorneys in Nashville as well as for the Tennessee Secretary of State and the Tennessee Supreme Court.
Frankie is preceded in death by her parents Bradley and Grace McClanahan, her husband James Patterson and her sister, Geraldine McClanahan Boyd.
Frankie is survived by children Cynthia Lee Patterson Claypool (Mark) and James Bradley Patterson (Robin), Grandchildren James Patterson, Sam Patterson, and Grace Claypool, and Great-Grandchildren Kaitlyn Patterson and Alayna Patterson.
Pallbearers will be Brad Patterson, James Patterson, Sam Patterson, Wayne Dallas, Brian Milliken and Mark Claypool.
