Fred A. Carlisle's Obituary
CARLISLE, Fred A. Age 75 from Flintville, Tn passed away April 2, 2011. He was a longtime resident of Nashville, TN. He is preceded in death by patents Aubrey and Estelle Carlisle; and grandchildren Hannah and Caleb Carlisle. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Shirley A. Carlisle and best friend, Biscuit; sons, Michael, Donnie, and James Calisle; daughters, Sheila Lehane, Tenna Kardell, Dena and Wendy Carlisle, 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren. He had 7 brothers and 5 sisters and other extended family and friends. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Leggitt and staff at Skyline Medical Center. Dr. David Denson to officiate.
