Reverend Frederick Hewitt's Obituary
HEWITT, Frederick H. "Herb" Age 101, of Miami Township, passed away on March 7, 2019. He was preceded in death by his wife, Vera of 75 years and survived by his children, Fred Hewitt and Carol Sleeth; grandchildren, Connie Duncan, Cheryl Austin, Chana Milks; great grandchildren, Matthew, Allison, and Andrew. Herb was a man of faith and integrity, devoted to God and family, and was loved and respected by all who knew him. Visitation for Herb will be held on Friday, April 5, 2019 from 10 AM until 11 AM at which time a Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be conducted from the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN, 37216. Burial will follow in historic Spring Hill Cemetery. Arrangements by Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, a Nashville landmark since 1785 "Where Nashville Comes to Remember"
