George G. Jacques, 81, died Friday, April 28 2017.George was born to Gustave and Swamise (Milsua) Jacques in Port-au-Prince Haiti on December 28, 1935.
George was a loving husband and father. George began a long career in law enforcement in Haiti and continued his law enforcement career after moving to the United States.
George leaves behind his loving and devoted wife Emilia (Joseph) Jacques, his six children; André Jacques, Johanne Jacques - Cadet, Barthelemy, Jean-Thomas, Gregory and Emma Jacques.
In addition, George leaves behind 15 grandchildren; Naika N.Jacques , Marc Gowen Jacques, Johannie Cadet, Jason Cadet, Bartley Jacques, Lara Jacques, Chelsea, Ethan, Amaya, Kiara, Tracy, Briana,Ayisha, Jennifer Hennessey, and Jessica Joseph.
Visitation will be held from 9am-11am on Saturday, May 6, 2017. Services will be held at 11am in the Chapel at Spring Hill Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
