Mrs. Gladace Virginia Cammuse's Obituary
Gladace Virginia Cammuse, age 86 of Madison, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2016. She was born February 1, 1930 in Davidson County to the late Peyton Thomas and Thelma Simmons. Preceded in death by her parents and husband, Calvin Arthur Cammuse. She is survived by her daughter Jacqueline Cammuse; son Jerry Cammuse and grandchildren.
Gladace worked for DuPont as a cashier and with Lazy Susan as a greeter and manager. She loved to square dance, fishing, listening to music, and playing cards with her family and friends.
Her family would like to give special thanks to Alive Hospice, Whole Care Connections, Courtney Bolton, and Suncrest for all the wonderful care they gave Gladace. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations may be made to Alive Hospice, Skyline Madison Campus in Madison.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, March 25, 2016, 12:00 noon in the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be Friday, March 25, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Spring Hill Funeral Home, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN 37216, 615-865-1101, www.springhillfh.com.
