Glyndon Payne's Obituary
Glyndon Lane Payne, age 92 of Gautier, MS went to be with our Lord on October 19, 2012. She was loved and cherished by everyone who had the pleasure knowing her. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Jacob Allen Payne; her mother and father, Willie Adolphus Lane and Mary Lou Boaz Lane; and four sisters and two brothers. She is survived by her daughter, Judy Payne (Jake Powers) Wurstner; her grandson, Ryan Curtis (Michelle) Woodall; one great-grandson, Jacob Allen Woodall; and many wonderful nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She will be greatly missed and treasured by all. A graveside ceremony will be conducted at 12 P.M., Wednesday, October 24, 2012 in Spring Hill Cemetery with Ed Evans officiating. Robert G., Clay, and Kevin Harris, Patrick Binkley, Jeff Parrish, Larry Groce, and Joey and Ricky Lane will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 10 A.M. until 12 P.M. on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at Spring Hill Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Light at Singing River Hospital, 2809 Denny Ave., Pascagoula, MS 39581.
