Mrs. Gwendolyn C. Barnes' Obituary
Gwendolyn C. Barnes, age 83, passed away at her home on October 11, 2018. Gwendolyn was born to Thomas Henry and Artie Myrtle (Cantrell) Cherry on April 3, 1935 in Nashville, Tennessee.
Gwendolyn is preceded in death by her parents and her son Mike Cantrell. She is survived by her daughter Donna (Steve) Brown of Hermitage, Tennessee and her son Ralph (Peggy) Cantrell of Mechanicsville, Virginia; grandchildren David Brown and Stephanie Brown; brothers Tom (Sandra) Cherry of White House, Tennessee, Jim (Judy) Cherry of Hoschton, Georgia and daughter-in-law Libby Cantrell of Fairview, Tennessee.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 15, 2018 from 4-8pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home. Services will be held on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at 10am in the Chapel at Spring Hill Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
