Mr. Harold M. Randall's Obituary
Mr. Harold M. Randall, 86, former long-time resident of Poway, California and of Franklin, Tennessee since July, died Friday December 5, 2014 at NHC Place at Cool Springs.
The former Illinois native was the son of Luella and Ray Randall of Freeport Illinois. Mr. Randall was a US Army veteran. From modest upbringing, Mr. Randall was employed by Newell Inc. now Newell-Rubbermaid where he worked his way up the management chain to Division Operations Vice President. Mr. Randall retired from Newell Rubbermaid in 1993 after 49 years with the company. Mr. Randall was an avid golfer and a member of the Golf Club of Rancho Bernardo where he and Beverly had a very large circle of friends. He was a gardener, liked to travel and attend cruises, and he was known as an excellent card player. He enjoyed his family gatherings as well.
He proceeded in death by his wife of 66 years, Beverly F. Randall. He is survived by a daughter, Tamara “Tammy” (Ron) Weber, a son, Gregg Randall, two grandchildren, Nicole (Sean) Egan and Scott Weber, two great grandchildren, Ava and Jack Harold, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister Betty, two brothers, Earl and Al.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be conducted on Sunday December 14, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Spring Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Dave Werner officiating. Inurnment will be in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, Nashville, TN, 615-865-1101.
