Mr. Harry G. Hemmerly's Obituary
Harry G. Hemmerly of Nashville, TN passed away on January 10, 2020 in Davidson County. He is preceded in death by his parents, Francis F. Hemmerly, Jessie Mae Hemmerly; loving wife, Robbie Hemmerly; and brothers, Thomas E. Hemmerly, Richard Dale Hemmerly (twin).
He is survived by his sons, Wayne ( Susan) Hemmerly, Patrick (Theresa) Hemmerly; children, Greg (Velvet) Morgan, Leigh Ann Morgan, Sergio and Sabah Ghazi, Dale Hemmerly Miller (twin brother’s son); brother, Kenneth W. (Maureen) Hemmerly; grandchildren, Gregory (Carlye) Morgan, Kristin (Garrett) Dickerson, Stephen (Natalie) Hemmerly, Jasmine Morgan, Isabella LaFontaine, Sarah Hemmerly, Harrison Hemmerly, Adrian Ghazi, Daria Ghazi; great-grandchildren, Anders, Garron, William, Avett, and Willow.
Harry was a Nashville Native, growing up in East Nashville. He graduated from East High School. Harry had a passion for boats and spending time with his family. He served in the Naval Reserve and worked in real estate and construction. Harry was a special man who touched the lives of all who knew him.
Visitation will take place on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 from 3-8pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home. A celebration of Life funeral service will be on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 12pm with a 2hr visitation prior. Services officiated by Dr. Steven Hoskins.
