Hazel W. Phillips age 86 of Nashville, passed away on Friday, December 19, 2014.
In loving memory of our loving mother who was preceded in death by her sons, Anthony “Lugo” Ray Phillips and Hubert “Strawmatt” Eugene Phillips
She is survived by her daughters, Debra Glenn Singer and Sherry Phillips Hinkle; son, Joseph “Scotty” Scott Phillips; brother, Carl Glenn Franklin; grandchildren, Jason Phillips, Jeffrey Phillips, Joseph Singer, Jr., Michael Singer, Devon Phillips and Theresa Phillips; great grandchildren, Amber Singer, Chelsea Singer, Dyllan Singer and Haley Singer; great great grandchild, Delilah Singer.
Her family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Sunday, December 21 and from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Monday, December22 at Spring Hill Funeral Home. Her celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 23 from the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Interment will be in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
