Mr. Howard "Wayne" Presley's Obituary
Howard Wayne Presley “Wayne” of Donelson, Tennessee, age 86; passed away on February 15, 2018.
Survived by his wife of 62 years, Peggy Jeannette Presley, two sons Steve (Teresa) of Brentwood, TN, and Mark (Kim) of Mt. Juliet, TN, and three grandchildren, Cory Megan Presley of Mt. Juliet, TN, Taylor Presley of Huntsville, AL, and Chase Presley of Brentwood, TN, and a sister, Edna Evans, of Nashville, TN. Linda (Chuck) Rutherford and Sue (Eddie) Wooten, both of South Carolina, both also raised by Wayne, many nieces and nephews. Wayne retired after 30 years from AT&T, then owned his own company, PBW Communications for 12 years. Wayne was an avid golfer and spent his retirement years playing golf and fishing with the boys. He was a long time member of the former Two Rivers Baptist Church and most recently Lincoya Hills Baptist Church.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 18, 2018 from 2-4 pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home in Nashville. A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 19, 2018 at 10:30 am with Brother George Ibach officiating. Internment will follow in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
