Mrs. Imogene Warren's Obituary
Imogene Warren, age 95, passed away on October 20, 2014. Imogene was born in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Ross T. and Nettie Hughes. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Warren; and brothers, Buddy Hughes and Billy Hughes.
Mrs. Warren was a graduate of Isaac Litton High School. She was a member of Inglewood Baptist Church for over 65 years, where she was a faithful member of the Friendship Sunday School Class.
Mrs. Warren will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will be forever loved and missed by those whose lives she touched.
Mrs. Warren is survived by her children, Rick (Joyce) Warren, Wanda (Dennis) Johnson, Jim (Teresa) Warren; grandchildren, Chris, Missy, Rachel, Brent, Dawn, Jeff, Renee, Brittney, Chance; seven great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Jackie Hughes, Phoebe Hughes, Dorothy Warren, and Jeannie Warren.
Mrs. Warren’s family will receive friends and visitors on Wednesday, October 22, 2014, from 4pm until 8pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service to honor Mrs. Warren will take place on Thursday, October 23, 2014, at 1:00pm from the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Meadow Ridge Garden of Historic Spring Hill Cemetery, with Chris Johnson, Jeff Warren, Ryan Walters, Kenny Stubblefield, Jason Pitt, Brent Warren, Chance Warren, Tommy Warren, and Clay Gaines serving as pallbearers. Ross Hughes and the Friendship Sunday School class will serve as honorary pallbearers.
