Isaac Henry Mills' Obituary
MILLS, Isaac H. “Ike” of Pleasant View, TN, age 71 passed away on April 30, 2010. Preceded in death by his parents, Herbert L. and Sarah Eden Mills, also a sister, Ardeania “Dean” Larkins. Mr. Mills is survived by his loving wife of forty nine years, Katherine Regg Mills; daughter, Lee Ann Mills (Kirk) Whitworth ; son, Isaac “Ike” (Cindy) Mills, II; sister, Sylvia Sue (Jimmy) Glennon; brothers, Herbert Mills and Michael “Mike” (Judy) Mills; grandchildren, Brandon Mills Eley, Ann Katherine Eley, Adam Clayton Mills, Emma Elizabeth Mills, Sarah (Shawn) Ferrell, Wendy Whitworth, Dana (James) Jansen, Jamie Whitworth; great-grandson, Noah Jansen. Mr. Mills was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church and was a member of the church choir. The family will receive friends on Sunday (today) from 4 to 8PM and on Monday, from 2 to 8PM and where funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at 10AM with Bro. Jonathan Lail and Bro. George Clark officiating. Honorary Pallbearers: Herbert Mills, Mike Mills, Jimmy Glennon, Shannon Glennon, Bobby Putman and Bubba Everett. Pallbearers: Brandon Eley, Adam Mills, Jeremy Everett, Kirk Whitworth, Butch Eley, John Binkley, Bill Taylor and James Jansen. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Pleasant View Baptist Church Youth Fund. Interment will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
