Jaiyah Nichole Smith, 22, of Hermitage, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2024. The family cordially invites relatives and friends to visit on Monday, August 5, 2024, from four o'clock in the afternoon until six o'clock in the evening at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Road in Nashville. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at twelve o'clock noon with an hour of visiting prior to the service. The committal service will immediately follow.
