Mr. James "Jim" Devine's Obituary
James L. (Jim) Devine, age 83, passed away April 25, 2021 at his home in Fairhope, AL, with his partner, Marianne at his side. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, James and Beulah Devine, and his former wife, Dorothy Devine. He is survived by his partner Marianne Payne, Step-Son Don (Mary) Layton, 15 first cousins, and numerous other family members and friends.
Jim was originally from Loxley, AL and was a Veteran and served in the Marines. He loved to travel and had a passion for dancing with Marianne and they had lots of dance friends. We will always carry Jim's memory in our hearts.
Mr. Devine will be laid to rest in the Peaceful Valley Section of Historic Spring Hill Cemetery on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at 11am.
